I attempted the repair, thinking it might come up as an option. It only gives options to repair.either online or a simpler repair. I tried the control panel, uninstall programs, clicking on the program, and trying to 'change' it (as opposed to uninstall) after reading articles that said this would bring up a screen with the option to change the product key. Today, I purchased a 2nd copy of Microsoft Office Pro Plus. I have since set up all of my email accounts as well as templates in many of the other programs. While attempting to find an inexpensive solution, I began using all of the programs. I hit cancel, and I received a message that gave me 30 days before I had to activate the account. After the installation, I was asked for the product key to activate it, and when I entered it, I learned that it could only be used on one computer at a time. I mistakenly believed that since I had purchased the CD along with my copy of Office Pro Plus 2013, I could install it on a 2nd computer.
